Kindred Spirit Games is a new studio founded by long standing industry professionals. Together we have a combined 20 years working as game developers including being department Leads on Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout, as well as L.A Noire, The upcoming indie game Summerhill, Alto’s Odyssey and Alto’s Adventure.

Joel Herber
Technical Director
Joel is a pragmatic programmer with a wealth of experience managing teams big and small within the games industry. He is best known for his work as the Engineering lead for Fall Guys while working at Mediatonic and also Land & Sea Games, Dream Reality Interactive and Plug-In Media. Projects Include Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout, Alto’s Odyssey, Alto’s Adventure, Summerhill, Arca’s Path and Hold The World
Megan Ralph
Design Director
Megan is an industry veteran who has been working in games since 2010. She has been employed at an extensive list of studios across a variety of award-winning, critically acclaimed projects including Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout, L.A. Noire, As Dusk Falls, Blood & Truth, Summerhill and Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II.
With a background covering all facets of game, level and narrative design, she starts this chapter as a founder of Kindred Spirit with joyful determination and a wealth of experience behind her.
